SURRENDERING YOUR FERRET

Surrendering your ferret may be a difficult thing to do. You brought them home, nurtured them, enjoyed their quirks and personalities. These experiences are what makes owning a ferret the most fun of all, however, with such complicated animals comes a responsibility to think of them before yourself. It is a tough decision, recognizing that your home is not a good fit for these wild little weasels. Rather than return them to the pet store or selling them on craigslist to an unknown party. If you encounter an abandoned, lost, abused or homeless ferret please contact me. Unless you have prior experience with ferret care and needs it could be imperative that veterinary care and the right foods and liquids be administered immediately.
